The Frantz Fund graciously assists clients who meet low-income guidelines in providing veterinary care for their pets. Qualifying individuals may receive spay and neuter services and rabies vaccines for dogs and cats at as low as 20% of regular cost at ABC Clinic. Owners must be able to provide proof of receipt of Traditional Medicaid, Healthy Indiana Plan Basic, SNAP Food Assistance, Utilities Assistance, Supplemental Security Income (disability), or TANF
