The Frantz Fund graciously assists clients who meet low-income guidelines in providing spay/neuter financial assistance for their pets. Qualifying individuals may receive a discount for spay and neuter services at the time of surgery. All other services that are added on are at the owners expense including vaccines.  Owners must be able to provide proof of receipt of Traditional Medicaid, Healthy Indiana Plan Basic, SNAP Food Assistance, Utilities Assistance, Supplemental Security Income (disability), or TANF. This proof is required at drop off the morning of surgery.
